Parking on campus staff and faculty lots is open Saturday and Sunday, although there will be much congestion on Saturday due to other campus events. Campus and staff lots are closed to the public on Monday and Tuesday. On all days (except Sunday, which will be clear) we recommend parking in the student V lot next to the tennis courts on Vine St. (see maps and photo below).
Hotel shuttles will go to Wesleyan 6:15am to 11pm on Friday for the pre-conference. For the conference shuttle schedule see the program.

We have just learned of a local transportation service that offers van and bus service between the New York airports (JFK, LaGuardia, or Newark) and Wesleyan (Middletown or Cromwell) at an exceptionally inexpensive rate: $65.95 to or from JFK, $75.95 to or from Newark. We understand that they have been in business for over 15 years and we have received a reliable recommendation. Groups of 5 or more can get a reduced rate.
